- No Lifespan account is required in the current Android release.
- Core gameplay works offline and game progress is stored locally in app-private device storage.
- The release requests Camera permission for optional HeartLink QR scanning.
- HeartLink uses Google ML Kit. Camera images and QR contents are processed on-device; ML Kit may process limited app, device, installation, performance, and diagnostic information.
- No advertising SDK, cross-app ad tracking, Firebase Analytics, or Google Play Games sign-in is configured in the current release.
- No real-money in-app product is configured in the current release.
The Google Play Data safety form must match the exact production build and these current disclosures whenever the app changes. Android players can use the direct Android Support section.
Apple / iOS disclosure
Core gameplay is local-first. Supported iOS versions may use Apple-provided services for compatible save migration, iCloud backup, or optional Game Center features. Apple controls those services and handles platform information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Any App Store privacy answers should match the exact production build and enabled Apple services.
Permission purpose
Camera: used only when the player starts HeartLink QR scanning or a similar clearly identified in-app QR feature. Camera access is optional, the feed is processed on device, and a paste-code fallback is available.
The production Android app does not request contacts, microphone, location, or advertising permissions.
Content notice
Lifespan is fictional entertainment and may include relationships, pregnancy and family systems, alcohol and nightlife, simulated gambling without real-money wagering, crime, prison, combat, injury, illness, and death. Store ratings and regional questionnaires should be completed honestly for the build being submitted.
